Delivery & Returns

Delivery Schedule:
Stock permitting, orders for all products (except Hahnemuhle) received before 13:30 are shipped on a next working day basis. We use Royal Mail to post out the orders of up to 2 A4 boxes of paper - delivery times for these items vary from 1-7 days, although most items delivered by RM normally arrive within 1-3 days. Unfortunately we have no control over any orders posted through Royal Mail - we have to trust that they will arrive in a timely manner.

All deliveries for Hahnemuhle products larger than A4 are shipped to us from Europe and are therefore subject to a 2-3 working day delivery time. As we closely monitor buying trends we will be able to stock specific products for regular customers.

Qualifying Post Codes: 
Carriage charge for Hahnemuhle Fine Art, OLMEC Inkjet, Innova Fine Art & FibaPrint papers is £4.20 Incl - shipped within the United Kingdom (not Northern Ireland) to cover packing and shipping costs. Carriage charge for the Innova Greetings cards is - £7.40 Incl. Shipping charges for Hahnemuhle orders are also - £4.20 Incl within mainland UK. Export orders (including Northern Ireland & Eire) will be subject to quoted carriage charges from our shipping company.
 

Non Qualifying Post Codes & International Shipping: 
Northern & Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Channel Islands, the Scottish Isles & certain Northern Scottish and Highlands PostcodesDelivery can be made to these non-qualifying postcodes (and also certain international addresses) but are subject to quotes from our courier company.

Returns Policy:

For the delivery of goods Right to cancel You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Fine Art Foto, Unit C, Cartel Business Park, Edinburgh Way, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2TT, 0845 2775555, Sales@fineartfoto.co.uk of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Payments of return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We will provide a returns number for all UK Warranty returns, which should be noted on all correspondence. 

Please thoroughly inspect all packages for signs of damage to ensure that they are in a good condition before signing for them. If you are not happy with the state of the goods please sign the delivery note as 'damaged' and inform us immediately. Or alternatively please refuse delivery of the goods and contact us immediately.

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we place it on back order for you. You will be emailed with the staus of the order and given the option to cancel if you wish.
