Shipping and Handling: A standard fixed carriage charge of £5.00 is levied to all orders within the United Kingdom to cover packing and shipping costs.

Export orders (including Southern Ireland) will be subject to quoted carriage charges from our shipping company. Please email all export orders to us at sales@fineartfoto.co.uk in the form of an enquiry so we may advise shipping and handling costs.   

Please thoroughly inspect all packages for signs of damage to ensure that they are in a good condition before signing for them. If you are not happy with the state of the goods please sign the delivery note as 'damaged' and inform us immediately. Or alternatively please refuse delivery of the goods and contact us immediately.

Delivery Schedule: All orders for Innova products are shipped on a next day basis (stock permitting). Please note though, that as we offer a next day delivery service we cannot guarantee next day delivery as unforseen circumstances may effect the delivery status once the order has left our wharehouse.

All deliveries for Hahnemuhle products are shipped to us from Germany and are therefore subject to at least a 5-10 day delivery time. As we closely monitor buying trends we will be able to stock specific products for regular customers in the near future so please bear with us.

Although we will always endeavour to get your paper orders to you as soon as possible, it is advisable to keep a close eye on your curent stock levels and future stock requirements and bear in mind our shipping times and stock availabiltiy. As the majority of work by artists and photoghraphers is time sensitive it might be a good idea to overstock as you never know when you might need more paper!

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we place it on back order for you. You will be emailed with the staus of the order and given the option to cancel if you wish.

VAT Charges: All orders placed in the UK and within the European Union are subject to a 15.00% VAT charge. All orders outside these areas are VAT free.
